Designer On Demand
What to Expect
If you are in the throes of a project and need a professional designer you can turn to for on-the-spot advice and guidance, our Designer on Call service is meant for exactly this situation. We’ll help you troubleshoot and brainstorm, and we will walk alongside you as you see your project through to completion.
Designer for a Day
What to Expect
If you need a comprehensive brainstorming and planning session with an interior designer, but you don’t need project management or other ongoing help, our Designer for a Day service is meant for you.
This service is often used by clients who are running their own projects, but need professional design advice when making costly or overwhelming decisions, such as tile pairings, furniture fabric selection, paint selection, and more.
How it Works

It all starts with a conversation. The first step is to schedule a Discovery Call with me. We will chat for 15-20 minutes over the phone about your project and design goals. If we are a good fit for each other, I will email you the Design Questionnaire for completion and schedule our design consultation.

The design consultation allows our team to get to know you and your project better. During this initial meeting, we will be taking measurements and photos and interviewing you in-depth. We will also provide input and suggestions if you are unsure of what you’d like.

Once contracts have been signed, we will create a design plan based on what we have discussed.
This step will vary based on whether you are engaging our Full Service Design, Designer for a Day, or Designer on Demand package.
If our work together includes a design plan, please note that design plans often require several weeks to prepare and could include 3-D renderings, product selections, samples, and a budget. We’ll keep you updated as we move through the process. Your design plan will be refined with your feedback prior to implementation.
If you have engaged our Full Service Design package, we will be responsible for implementation, styling, and photography, as outlined in the following steps.
If you have engaged our other packages, you will be responsible to implement the design plan on your own and our relationship will be complete at this step of the process.

After our design presentation, we will begin the implementation process, which can vary greatly from one project to another. It usually looks something like this: document everything about your project, order materials (when applicable), coordinate delivery (when orders placed), coordinate with contractors and tradespeople, and work closely with trusted vendors to ensure that quality and ethics are maintained from start to finish.

As products, furniture, and fixtures begin to arrive, we’ll arrange for and inspect each delivery. We’ll then coordinate installation with our team. Once installation is complete and all tradespeople have fulfilled their roles, we’ll begin the styling process. Furniture, accessories, and decor will be placed according to our design plan and prepared for the final reveal.

Our professional interiors photographer will capture your space for our portfolio promptly after your project has been completed. We will be careful to keep your information and the address of your project completely confidential. We look forward to showcasing your space and are honored to be part of your project.
